Exide Technologies has changed its Field Service Reporting System. The aim is to speed up the flow of information between the technician, the service system and the client. The information is now also more personalised and more user-friendly for the client. Customers can receive a service report with any relevant costing and further action recommendations in as little as half an hour, as opposed to a day or two with the previous system.
