Habia Cable Launches Improved “Flexiform” Hand Formable Cable

The Habia Cable Group today announced the launch of a new Low Loss version of it’s flagship “Flexiform” product.

Flexiform is the leading brand of hand formable coaxial cable used by the RF and Communications industries worldwide.  One of the main applications for this cable is for cellular base station antennas.  The new cable offers the possibility for antenna manufacturers to design better antennas with better call quality.

By introducing additional air into the dielectric by means of a specially shaped die head Habia has succeeded in manufacturing a superior product at the same cost level as its existing products. 

Flexiform 401 L (0.250”) 15 % reduction in attenuation
Flexiform 402 L (0.141”) 10 % reduction in attenuation
