Hamamatsu Photonics introduce the new C10000-401 TDI CCD camera
Hamamatsu Photonics introduce the new C10000-401 TDI CCD camera, featuring state of the art high speed, and high sensitivity, back thinned CCD image sensors. The amera has 2048 pixel length by 128 pixel height (each with 12 micron x 12 micron pixel size), boasts a peak quantum efficiency in excess of 90%, and high UV sensitivity, with IR sensitivity to 1200 nm. With a 4 tap output it can achieve high speed data readout with up to 50 KHz line rates.
