Hamilton Sundstrand buys Dosatron

Hamilton Sundstrand has signed an agreement to acquire Dosatron International, a designer and manufacturer of specialised dosing/metering pumps.
Dosatron is a privately held company, and terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
