Harwin launches low profile, fine pitch connector series
Designed for modern manufacturing processes
February 2007, Portsmouth, UK…High performance interconnect maker, Harwin, has launched a new range of low profile, 1.27mm pitch female connectors for vertical SMT board-to-board applications. M50 devices feature a dual entry option for design flexibility and are fully compliant with RoHS directives.
Available up to 50 ways, M50 connectors come in two heights, 3.6mm and the dual entry 2.2mm version which also includes mounting posts for easy assembly. Connectors are lead free and feature high temperature mouldings to accommodate RoHS-compliant solder processes. They can be used with industry-standard pick and place equipment.
New M50 female surface mount connectors suit board-to-board applications in markets such as Industrial Controls, Consumer Electronics, Test & Measurement, Medical and Computing.
