The new FLAT LED from Waldmann Lighting clearly demonstrates the company’s expertise as an ‘Engineer of Light’. Combining the strengths of LED lighting technology with advanced optical design, this area light produces a beam angle of 60°, ensuring large scale, uniform illumination of the production area. A specially design intelligent circuit board provides electronic compensation for line voltage fluctuations, guaranteeing absolutely uniform lighting quality.

Offering maximum light output for minimum height (22.2mm), FLAT LED is ideal for machines with minimal installation space or clearance and can be quickly and easily integrated into the machine wall. It also features PLUG + LIGHT electronics, allowing direct connection to 24V direct or alternating current for improved safety.

At the heart of the FLAT LED are six powerful LED light sources, offering 50,000 hours of maintenance-free operation, equivalent to six years when used 24 hours per day. Heat is directed away from the work area, eliminating the discomfort problems often associated with halogen lighting. The fittings are fully waterproof with ingress protection to IP69K and, thanks to a special coating, is highly resistant to heat, wear and corrosion.
