KB1 Kelvin Bridge ohmmeter still working perfectly after 50 years

In a notable “testing success story” reported to Cropico, the Model KB1 Kelvin Bridge ohmmeter that Vernon’s Fuse Company bought in 1953 and used every day for 50 years, was still working perfectly. The instrument is to be sold to a company in the Far East. Vernon’s approached Cropico for a copy of the machine’s product data sheet, and within 15 minutes a copy was found to accompany the machine onwards for perhaps another 50 years’ service.
