Specialist engineered components supplier, Rino Industries Ltd, are pleased to announce the launch of their own in-house produced low profile leadscrew actuator.

 

Screw position repeatability is 0.00127mm as a miniature precision anti-backlash screw is used within the unit for ultimate precision giving lead accuracy of 0.0006mm/mm.  Operating temperature is between 0 - 93ºC, nut tensile strength 9700psi, mass of carriage assembly 0.11kg and a drag torque of 0.4Ncm are all key features and characteristics.  There are three screw leads to choose from of between 0.50 to 10.85mm and all have a stroke of 68mm.
