The US Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Combat Direction Systems Activity (CDSA) has awarded General Dynamics Information Technology four SeaPort-e task orders. The orders will support NAVSEA’s intelligence and temporary alteration programmes.

General Dynamics will continue to provide and expand its system lifecycle deployment and operational engineering support services for the programmes’ equipment, systems, subsystems, components, peripherals and auxiliaries. The total potential value of these task orders if all options are exercised is $32.6m over five years.

General Dynamics will support NAVSEA CDSA Dam Neck on-site at US military commands. General Dynamics has supported NAVSEA Dam Neck for five years through a previous contract and has been supporting the Cryptologic Carry-On Programs (CCOP) for over 30 years.

CDSA Dam Neck’s mission is to arm military personnel with innovative capabilities by delivering force-level integrated and interoperable engineering solutions, mission critical control systems, and associated testing and training technologies which meet the needs of the maritime, joint, special warfare and information operation domains.
