Hamamatsu Photonics has introduced the new G10447 series of 10 Gbps GaAs PIN photodiode receivers
mounted in industry standard ROSA (receiver optical sub-assembly) packages.

The G10474 series features a very high-speed response of up to 12GHz, making them suitable for a variety of short distance, high-speed data transmission applications such as 10 Gigabit ethernet, high-speed storage area networks and optical interconnect applications.
