Emperor Lite, the new data acquisition software package from Mecmesin, enables users to analyse and transform force and torque test data from simple numbers into meaningful graphs and results.

Plotting data ‘live’ directly onto a PC screen, the software operates with a simple graphical interface providing instant access to a variety of popular diagnostic tools. These include an extensive list of common calculations, for example, peak, trough, average, area and many more, whilst colour-coded results allow easy identification of pass/fail scenarios. Multiple traces can be overlaid for comparative analysis and are fully customisable. For areas of particular interest, zoom and timeline functions offer the option to pinpoint and view areas of the test in greater detail. Tolerance bands ensure a quick and easy check of whether samples fall within specification. Test data can be exported to other software packages, such as Microsoft Excel for further analysis or printed as a report combining graph and test information for a quick record. A comprehensive Help system contains a library of information and a search facility providing a useful reference resource.
