The three letters in its name provide a vital clue to the identity of the Brushless Motor. The new Ternary BLM actuator, brought to you from alpha gearheads Ltd, rounds off the existing all-in-one linear system that merges mechanics with intelligence. Ternary is a combination of several separate components that for the first time unites precision mechanics, electronics and integrated control and software in a single package: an affordable system consisting of a servo drive and precision mechanics with a ball screw spindle and a stainless steel connecting rod that has now been given another significant boost in performance by the new BLM. Depending on the model, the maximum force of the linear actuator and the torque of the rotary actuator have been increased as much as 300% and the maximum linear velocity and speed are a good 11% higher!
