Westinghouse Electric Companyhave entered into an agreement with
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company(SCE&G) to take the next step toward delivering new nuclear power units.
Under this agreement, Shaw, Westinghouse and SCE&G will work to finalise terms of an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for up to two new Westinghouse AP1000 nuclear units planned for co-location at the existing VC Summer Nuclear Station in
