Over-coming limescale problems at JV Murcott
JV Murcott, a die casting specialist, have used a Hydropath Aquaklear P120, to tackle the build up of lime scale which forms when cold water is pumped through very hot dies. The P120 is a patented, physical water conditioner that prevents lime scale by emitting randomly varying electric fields throughout the system. After six months’ use, inspections revealed there was no lime scale in the dies and it was virtually non-existent in the cooling tower.
