Panel session: Building resilience
On June 23rd, The Engineer hosted experts from RS Components, BAE Systems, AMRC North West and Atkins Global for a wide-ranging online discussion on resilience, and how it relates to people, process and plant across the engineering sector.

The session explored the challenges engineers face in these times of unprecedented change, with economic, geopolitical, climate and technological factors all converging to create a highly volatile business environment. Resilience is a key factor in dealing with this volatility and uncertainty, and the discussion examined different ways that engineering organisations can build resilience, whether that be in physical infrastructure, operational processes or the skills embedded within an organisation.
