Renold Gears’ PM Series added to “Rapid Response”

The Renold Gears PM Series range of geared motors has now been added to the company’s ‘off the shelf’ availability program “Rapid Response”.

The increasingly popular “Rapid Response” was developed in response to market demands for increased availability and aims to make a product available from stock components, thus significantly reducing lead times for customers.

The PM Series of shaft mounted and foot mounted geared motors is available in either bevel/helical , helical worm or single worm versions with output bores up to 100mm dia.

Motors up to 55kw can be fitted to the units.  All the inputs are designed to take IEC frame motors which simply plug into the pre assembled motor adaptor, therefore there is no need for special motors.

A wide range of output speeds are available, this has been achieved by utilising a large variation of primary helical gears and only a minimum number of final reductions.
