Riley launches new surface treatment ovens range

Riley Industries has introduced a complete range of convection ovens suitable for all thermostatic applications where a specific temperature is required. Designed for many uses within the surface finishing industries, they also have laboratory and general industrial applications.
Capacities are from 40 to 700 litres, with internal chamber dimensions from 344 x 310 x 431 mm high up to 700 x 600 x 1510 high. Temperature ranges are from +50 to +250ºC, with a high level of accuracy in both operation and display readings.
All ovens have epoxy coated steel outer bodies and stainless steel inner chambers with rounded corners. They also have double insulated doors with silicon seals to prevent heat loss.
There is a digitally controlled PID thermostat to ensure temperature stability and a visual alarm security thermostat and lockout with manual reset button.
The oven interiors have adjustable height shelves and a ventilation duct to atmosphere with manual flow controls. The heating elements are isolated from the internal chamber to guarantee uniform heating.
