Rittal-CSM, the UK manufacturing facility of Rittal recently held a strategic supplier conference in Plymouth where representatives were briefed on the operational changes needed to ensure that Rittal continues to remain focused on its core capabilities.
Over 60 delegates attended the conference where they were briefed on the ambitious plans to streamline operational activities in order to increase competitiveness. Details of the plan included an increase in efficiency and operational synergies as well as introducing a more streamlined production through which it is anticipated that unnecessary expenditure will be reduced.
