Sandvik Materials Technology UK has appointed Phil Cherrie as its new Technical Sales Manager. A highly experienced mechanical engineer with a strong bias towards metallurgy, Phil heads up the company’s dedicated Technical Sales team. While new to Sandvik he brings with him a wide range of skills in sales, operations, projects and general management and has already gained a thorough insight into the company’s products and capabilities. He holds a First Class Honours degree in mechanical engineering and is an associate member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
