With engineering organisations across industry facing increasingly stiff competition for the skills they need to grow, STEM outreach initiatives that inspire and attract a pipeline of new engineering talent have never been more important. “STEM”, here, meaning science, technology, engineering and maths.
This survey, produced in partnership with electrical power test and measurement solutions provider Megger, will help inform The Engineer’s coverage of this important issue by exploring attitudes and approaches to STEM outreach.
