Torque monitoring specialists Sensor Technology has redeveloped its website (www.sensors.co.uk) to make it easier to use and provide relevant information to visitors as quickly as possible. It has simultaneously updated its brochures to explain its non-contact technology in a clear, concise format.

The home page of the website gives a three-paragraph intro to its various technologies and their fields of application. It also includes three buttons, one for a torque unit converter, a brochure request, a quotation request and a FAQs page. Thus a complete introduction to cutting edge torque sensing is provided in just a few minutes.

A technology page gives more details on Surface Acoustic Wave Technology, as used in its TorqSense range of transducers, Optical Technology, found in the E200 ORT Series rotary torque products, and the Strain Gauge Technology behind the E100 SBT and E100 SIT Series reaction torque transducers. Again links are provided for more detailed information.
