Touch Bionics has acquired the operations of LIVINGSKIN, the US developer of lifelike prosthetic skin that Touch Bionics supplies with its i-LIMB multi-articulating bionic hand.

The acquisition of LIVINGSKIN’s Aesthetic Concerns Prosthetics business provides Touch Bionics with an established presence in
Prosthetic and Orthotic Associates, the clinical company previously associated with LIVINGSKIN, is not included in the acquisition and will operate independently of the newly combined business.
