Tranter International receives award
Tranter International has received an award for best improvement from MTU Friedrichshafen in its annual supplier evaluation programme. Tranter supplies titanium plates for the seawater cooler of the 2000 series MTU marine diesel unit. the award recognises Tranter’s quality and supply performance. Tranter’s titanium plates for the Series 2000 seawater cooler complement the power unit’s high power density, low weight and easy operation and maintenance characteristics. MTU has supplied over 74000 units mainly into commercial vehicles and yachts.
