Warburtons award for RTS Flexible Systems

RTS Flexible Systems, the leading supplier of robotic and automated handling systems to the food industry, has won a prestigious Suppliers Award from Warburtons as recognition of RTS’ ’commitment and outstanding contribution‘ during a 12-year working partnership.
In the first ever Warburtons Supplier Conference, RTS was the only engineering company to receive an award – one of four awards presented during a conference held for 190 of Warburtons key suppliers from raw materials, ingredients, engineering and packaging.
RTS have 27 robotic bread tin handling and storage systems in service at six Warburtons sites.
Warburtons Engineering Services Director Trevor Oakley said: “RTS were selected to receive an award as a result of consistent good performance in supplying pan handling equipment to Warburtons over the last 12 years. During that time they have carried out major installations at the majority of our new bakeries. On each occasion they have delivered on time with equipment that worked first time and within budget.
