Watch on-demand: Recruiting for engineers at BAE Systems
On February 15 The Engineer and BAE Systems hosted an hour-long session exploring what life is like working at BAE, one of the UK’s biggest engineering employers.

The defence giant currently employs a workforce of more than 93,000 people in around 40 countries. This year, BAE is seeking to add around 3,500 engineers, including 1,200 Early Careers Opportunities. Over the course of the webinar, you’ll hear from four people working in different roles across the business, giving you an idea of what it’s like to work at the company, some of the projects currently underway, the opportunities within BAE, and the benefits the company provides . The four speakers are:

Charlotte French - Submarines Senior Engineering Manager
Robbie Lyons - Talent Acquisition & Critical Skills Manager
And Rachael Carr - Air Product Technical Manager/Assistant Chief Engineer
