Worthing Pier protected by Denso SeaShield systems

Worthing Pier, built in 1862, has been preserved with by regular maintenance over the years. Various support piles have been protected by Denso SeaShield systems, which are manufactured and supplied by corrosion prevention and sealing specialist Winn and Coales (Denso) Ltd. The system comprises a petrolatum tape inner layer to protect against corrosion and a polypropylene jacket to protect against marine growth.
