Is there a way that aircraft can spread anti-pollution?

Perhaps it is naive, but they consume huge amounts of air heated to very high temperatures. Could that function could be used in a device to convert CO2 into something less harmful? On the same tack, fit an ozone generator to replenish the ozone layers — sometimes odd ideas spark better ones.
