In the near future, bioabsorbable stents will become the gold standard of care. The same technology that contributes to complex catheters and stent delivery systems is already enabling the production of next generation absorbable stents.
These applications are just the beginning. Soon ideas in otolaryngology (ENT), brachytherapy, GI/endoscopy, tissue engineering, targeted drug delivery, wound care/closure and more will benefit from advances in Zeus biomaterials.
