Zeus Convoluted Tubing is chemically resistant, flexible, and able to maintain its mechanical properties when exposed to extreme temperatures. Zeus Convoluted Tubing also has a V-0 flammability rating and conforms to AS81914/M81914 specifications for standard and custom products.
Zeus is capable of producing high volumes of convoluted tubing in both standard and extra flex sizes. Convoluted tubing is used as protective conduit for wires and fibre optics in critical areas of aerospace and automotive applications that demand highly flexible performance tubing. Zeus can produce convoluted tubing for other applications as well in a wide variety of resins including: PTFE, FEP, ETFE, PEEK, PFA & PVDF.
