Spray bars come in many different configurations and so it’s quite hard to give exact pricing.
The factors that affect pricing are
· Overall length of the spray bar
· Size of the spray bar pipe
· Material of construction
· The required surface finish
· Number of nozzle slots
To give an indication of cost a typical 1 metre long 4 nozzle spray bar made in 316 stainless with ¾ pipe with a 240 grit polish and 4 nozzles would be about £850 at the time of recording
If we took the number of nozzles up to 10 then the price would increase to about £1150.
