The Lean Workshop Group is not a newcomer to the industrial training scene – it was set up over five years ago by a small group of manufacturers from a wide range of disciplines each of which are specialists in the delivery of ‘lean’ techniques and hardware to the manufacturing, logistics and service sectors.
The Lean Workshop Group holds free training sessions throughout the country. The day consists of some classroom instruction in Lean methodologies and philosophies.
Delegates spend most time however on our full-size assembly lines putting into practice lean techniques under the guidance of our skilled and experienced workshop group members.
