Laser diffraction is a measurement technique for measuring a wide variety of samples, whether liquid or dry. Using different weighting model not only helps to properly interpret the size of a sample, but enables the user to compare the obtained results with other measurement techniques.
In this application report we give an overview and explanation of the weighting models applied in Kalliope Software and how they compare to each other and different measurement techniques.
