Oleostatic Gold is the new Megadyne range of high-performance wrapped V-belts, suitable for the most varied industrial applications and able to withstand aggressive working environments, due to their coverage in a double layer of fabric.
The Olestatic Gold belts are characterised by highly resistant and low elongation polyester cords, incorporated in the adhesion layers to ensure more resistance and greater sealing. Every cord has an innovative surface treatment that delivers increased operational safety and reduced maintenance requirements, with significant cost savings. The Oleostatic Gold belts are also characterised by their vast load capacity and speed (with performance from 1,000 to 8,000 RPM and power capacity from 1 to 400kW) and by their improved flexibility, which allows the belt to bend more easily on the pulleys with less strain on the fabric, therefore ensuring a smoother running drive.
The new Oleostatic Gold belts are more reliable due to their transmission capacity being increased by up to 30 per cent compared with standard oleostatic belts. They are available in a wide range of sizes and sections (classic Z, A, B, C and narrow SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC) to meet every transmission requirement or to improve existing applications quickly and easily. They ensure vibration-free transmission, have a low noise level and are made of a halogen-free compound in compliance with the ISO standard 1813.
