,16-29 October). However, a few points need a little more consideration.



First, here in the south, where development land is getting to be in short supply, houses are often on a 10m pitch. Even small mills at that density would look a mess and the noise may even become a problem, I understand.



Then, could they be justified on a life-time carbon emissions cost basis?



More to the point, however, the electricity supply system could not cope with such a large two-way flow of electricity, sometimes in and sometimes out but always big enough to supply the whole peak load.
