Thales will supply the centralised control and telecommunications systems to be installed on the automated metro line. The contract covers system design, integration, supervision and through-life support for a period of three years.
Thales will supply security and supervision equipment for the metro, including all the subsystems and the centralised control and supervision system. This includes traffic management and passenger information equipment along the line and in stations, plus internal telecommunications.
Thales will also supply transmission systems to connect station infrastructure to the central control room, CCTV to provide video-surveillance on trains and at stations and positioning and timing synchronisation of the different systems.
