AllDeco acquisition

AMEC has acquired Slovak specialist nuclear services company AllDeco from its owner-managers for a total cash consideration of £11.1m.
While £7.8m was paid at closing, the remainder of the balance will be paid over the next three years, subject to the achievement of agreed performance targets.
AllDeco specialises in nuclear decommissioning and reactor services in central and eastern Europe. It has particular expertise in areas such as the removal and solidification of highly contaminated waste and the provision of remotely controlled vehicles in decontamination of decommissioned facilities.
