The Docklands Light Railway has selected a
Fibreglass Gratingdecking system for the refit of its service stations. The existing maintenance platform was made in metal, which although strong, lacked the properties required to exceed their exemplary safety conditions. The grating has one of the highest degrees of slip resistance ever measured for a walking surface, especially in wet, oily or frosty work areas.
