The joint venture, to be known as ALS, will be funded to the tune of 100 million Euros. Air Liquide will own 75% of the company, Severstal 25%.
The new separation unit, which will be designed and assembled at Cerepovetz by Air Liquide’s engineering department is scheduled for commissioning in the summer of 2007.
