Survey: Equality, diversity and the engineering skills shortage

Take part in The Engineer's latest survey on equality, diversity and the engineering skills shortage, and give yourself a chance of winning £250

As competition for engineering skills intensifies it’s never been more important for organisations to ensure that they are tapping into the widest possible pool of talent and attracting and retaining diverse candidates from a variety of backgrounds.

This survey, produced in partnership with engineering recruitment specialist Hays Recruitment, will help to inform The Engineer’s coverage of this vital issue by exploring the skills challenges facing employers across the engineering spectrum; looking at the measures they are taking to ensure they are recruiting from a diverse talent pool; and examining the attitudes of employees to these measures.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete and as a thank you for taking part, you’ll be given the opportunity to enter a prize draw where one lucky recipient will win £250 in retail vouchers.

All data will be analysed in anonymised and aggregated form for statistical and analytical purposes only.
