Electrical connectors made from Polyether Imide, a high-temperature thermoplastic, were marked with a 25W sealed CO2 laser, and FH series marking head and the WinMark Pro laser marking software.
A twoline, 10-character text object was created using the European stroke font and a text height of 6.35mm. Cycle times of 0.51 seconds were achieved and the resulting engraved mark exhibited high contrast.
